Editing Online Order Confirmation Message

Online Order Confirmation Message is the text that is sent out when a client accepts or accepts and pays for an Order.  This text can be edited within Kugamon Settings.   

Audience : Administrator


1. At the top of your Salesforce Instance | Go to Setup 
2. Under App Setup | Click "Installed Packages" 
3. Find Kugamon Quote to Cash | Click "Configure"
4. Under Step 2 | Click "View Kugamon Settings"
5. Scroll down to "Online Order Information"

Dear (Company Name) Customer, 

Thank you for ordering from (Company Name). Your order has been confirmed and an email with your confirmation number will be sent shortly. Please print out a copy of this confirmation as your receipt and do not delete this e-mail.   

Your order has been sent to our fulfillment center and your merchandise will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If you ordered a gift certificate, it will be sent separately via UPS Ground. The arrival date will depend on the delivery address you have chosen. 

If you ordered an eGift Certificate for use on Website, it will be e-mailed to the recipient within one day.  At, you can always check your order status by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page. After signing in, your most recent order status will appear on the Order Status page.
